Kissimmee, FL — Congressional candidate Marcus Carter has received the official endorsement of the American Patriot Executive Committee (APEC) for Florida’s 9th District.
APEC is a statewide coalition of grassroots conservative activists and organizers operating across roughly 30 counties in Florida. The organization focuses on identifying and supporting candidates aligned with America First principles and distinguishing them from establishment-backed candidates.
Following its internal vetting process for the 2026 election cycle, APEC formally approved Carter as its endorsed candidate for the Republican primary.
“This endorsement represents support from people who are actively engaged on the ground,” Carter said. “These are volunteers and organizers who are paying attention to what’s actually happening in their communities, and they’re choosing candidates based on action, not labels. I want to thank APEC for their support and their continued work fighting for conservative values and being the citizens America needs from its people.”
The endorsement comes as Carter’s campaign continues to expand its grassroots operations across the district, focusing on direct voter engagement, petition-driven ballot access, and small-dollar support.
Carter is running for Congress in Florida’s 9th District with a platform centered on addressing corruption in government, reducing federal spending, securing the border, restoring affordability in housing, and confronting the national mental health crisis.
